Money Tycoon Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Money Tycoon ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Money Tycoon is a financial simulation game where players can:

• Build virtual businesses and careers
• Make simulated financial decisions
• Track virtual net worth and achievements
• Purchase optional in-game items and subscriptions

3. Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game
• If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to make purchases
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring minors' use

4. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining your game progress
• Do not share your device with others if you want to protect your progress
• We are not responsible for lost progress due to device issues

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Virtual Items

• In-app purchases provide virtual items and benefits within the Game
• Banner-only passes hide passive banner ads for 7 days, 14 days, or permanently. Temporary passes begin when the verified benefit is delivered, and another temporary pass extends any remaining banner-free time
• Banner-only passes do not remove rewarded offers or other ad formats. Remove Ads and qualifying ad-free subscriptions remove all advertisements
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money
• On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play. On iOS, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store (StoreKit)

5.2 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• On Android, manage subscriptions in Google Play Store settings. On iOS, manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's refund policy (Google Play or Apple)

5.3 Refunds

• Refund requests should be directed to Google Play or Apple according to the platform where you purchased
• We may assist with issues related to non-delivery of items
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the store's policies

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Game
• Attempt to manipulate game data or purchase systems
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or virtual items
• Use the Game for any illegal purpose

7. Community and User Content

Money Tycoon includes chat, direct messages, syndicate groups, player names and profile photos that other players can see ("User Content"). We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post content that is harassing, hateful, sexual, violent, a threat or encouragement of self-harm, a scam, spam, or that shares anyone's personal information.

• Report: long-press any message and choose Report message, or open a player's card and choose Report. A moderator reviews every report.
• Block: open a player's card and choose Block to stop seeing that player.
• Filtering: messages are screened automatically for profanity, links and personal information; profile photos are screened automatically before other players see them, and photos flagged by screening or by reports are held for human review and are never shown until approved.

We act on reports within 24 hours by removing the content and muting, suspending or banning the account responsible. Questions about moderation: capitalcraftgames@gmail.com.

8. Advertisements

Money Tycoon may display passive inline banner advertisements to free players on selected informational screens. The Game also offers optional rewarded video and rewarded-interstitial bonus advertisements; a full-screen rewarded ad plays only after you deliberately accept its offer, and every reward prompt can be declined with no penalty. Ads do not block access to ordinary gameplay. Advertisements are served by Google AdMob with Open Bidding mediation; mediated networks including Meta Audience Network, Unity, Liftoff/Vungle, AppLovin, ironSource, Mintegral, Pangle, InMobi, and Digital Turbine/Fyber may participate. Ad-related data processing and your consent choices are described in our Privacy Policy; you can revisit advertising privacy choices at any time from the App's settings. Remove Ads and the Gold, Platinum, and Mogul Premium subscription tiers remove all advertisements; the Silver tier does not include ad removal. A banner-only pass hides passive banners for its purchased duration but leaves rewarded offers and other ad formats available.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content in Money Tycoon is owned by CapitalCraft Studios or its licensors
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Game for personal entertainment
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Tycoon Games shall not be liable for:

• Loss of game progress or virtual items
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from third-party services (Google Play, Apple App Store, Firebase, AdMob, etc.)
• Financial decisions made based on game content

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Game for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any other reason at our discretion

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Country].
